| BIOGRAPHY
Annette has lived more than a decade overseas. She has studied in France and lived in Japan and Hong Kong with her family as an expatriot.
While in Hong Kong, Annette studied with practicing artists. Upon her return to the United States in 2002, Annette harnessed her creative energy and joined the Board of Directors of the Greenwich Arts Council and began studies at the Silvermine School of Art in New Canaan, Connecticut.
In 2007, Annette received an Honorable Mention in the 17th Annual Juried Student Exhibition at the Silvermine School of Art. Also that year, her work was published in Dean Fisher and Josephine Robinson's Teach Yourself Visually - Drawing. In 2008 she was awarded "Best in Show" in the school's 18th Annual Juried Student Exhibition. Annette's work has appeared in different gallery exhibitions and other venues throughout Fairfield County.
Annette was raised in Cooperstown, New York. In 1979, she was selected as a Rotary Foreign Exchange Student and spent her senior year of high school in Ruffec, France attending the André Thèuriat Lycée in Çivray. Annette studied French and Political Science at Syracuse University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science in 1985.
Annette currently continues her studies at the Silvermine School of Art in New Canaan and lives in Greenwich with her husband Bob and two teenage sons, Nicholas and Thomas.
